  • Establishment of IT/Hi-Tech Parks at District Level (in 12 Districts)
Currently establishment of IT/Hi-Tech Parks at District Level (in 12 Districts) Project is underway.  7 storied in 8 Districts, 5 storied in 4 districts Multi Tenant Building (MTB) at 12 different places (Steal Structure). 3 storied dormitory building at 03 different places (RCC Structure) (Natore, Rangpur and Cox’s Bazar). Cineplex buildings at 6 districts (Dhaka, Gopalganj, Rangpur, Natore, Khulna and Chittagong). The main purpose of the project is to create IT business environment to attract local and foreign             companies for operating IT/ITES industry in Bangladesh, to establish standard IT/ITES/BPO hubs, to establish basic infrastructure for IT parks. to develop skilled manpower and create employment opportunities.
  • Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park (SHSTP), Jeshore: 
The SHSTP built on 12.13 acres of land has been completed and it has already been operational. A 15-storied (232000sft, per level 12000sft usable space steel composite Multi-Tenant Building (MTB), 12-Storied 3 star category steel composite Dormitory with 12 Suit rooms and 36 king rooms, 30 Twin Bed rooms; 3 storied canteen-Amphitheatre steel composite building with underground 5 meeting rooms; Optical fiber line; approach road etc all modern facilities has created job Opportunity for around 10,000 people.
  • Bangabandhu Hi-tech City (BHTC): 
 BHTC is the first ever Hi-Tech Park in Bangladesh, located at Kaliakoir upazilla in Gazipur district. It is well connected with all over the country through road, rail and air. It is situated only 40 km North from Dhaka city & 35 km away from Hajrat Shahjalal International Airport. The entire offside infrastructure development works have been completed by March 2017. The total Land Area of BHTC is 355 acres where 232 acres of land was divided into 5 blocks as per master plan. BHTPA has already appointed 2 developers for the development of BHTC as per PPP model and onsite infrastructure development is ongoing. The city having a world class business environment is considered as specialized zone to attract investors, especially foreign investors where they could utilize vast potential of young, educated and technically skilled work force. A Service Building with 29,000 sq. ft floor space has already been constructed by BHTPA. A 3-storied Signature building of 1, 65,000 sq. ft and a 3-storied Industrial Building of 60,000 sq. ft are almost ready by the Developer Company Summit Technolpolis. Another Developer Company Bangladesh Technosity is constructing an 8-storied Multi-tenant building with 1,86,000 sq. ft floor space.
  • Vision 2021 Tower-1, Dhaka.
Vision 2021 Tower 1, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka having 72, 000 sq. ft floor space which is recognized as the first ever  Software Technology Park in our Country. Currently 18 IT companies with 700 people are working. For promoting IT sector, 50 start-ups company have been allocated floor space at free of cost. This park  holds working space for 1000 people.
  • Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi
Honorable Prime Minister declared to setup an IT Park in Rajshahi during her visit in Rajshahi dated 24.11.2011 to expand and promote the opportunity of the IT/ITES as well as Hi-Tech Industries. Subsequently government has allocated 30.6787 acres of land for creating conducive business environment to attract local and foreign IT/ITES companies to establish of ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi.’The site is situated just behind the DC office and the District Judge Court, 13 km away from Shah Makhdum Airport and 7 km from the Rajshahi railway and bus stand.Rajshahi known as city of Education and all types of educational institute like Rajshahi University, Rajshahi Medical University, RUET, Rajshahi College, Polytechnic Institutes and some other private Universities are there.    This project has been designed considering all the amenities like infrastructures, capacity building, lab facility, R&D and start up echo system. Major component of the project are 10 Storied Multi Purpose Building (MPB) (2 lac sq ft), 8 Storied Dormitory Building, Sub-Station & Generator Building, Deep Tube well, Water reservoir, Main Road, Internal Road, Boundary Wall, Gym, Play Ground, Sub-stations (33/11 KVA & 11/0.44 KVA), Generators, Fire & Security System and others. About 90% of Land Development works of the project area have been completed and the construction work of MPB is going on in full swing. Investors have the ample opportunities to get space/land to set up their industries inside the Hi-Tech Park. Approximately 14 acres of Land will be allocated to the investors of IT/ITES industries as plots inside the park. Subsequently other basic infrastructures will also be developed under this project. After completion of this project approximately 14 thousand employment opportunities will be generated.
  • Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Sylhet/  Hi-Tech Park , Sylhet (Sylhet Electronic City)
The construction of SEC having 162.83 acres of land is ongoing at Companigonj upazila, Sylhet. About 50,000 job scope will be generated after the completion of the park.
  • Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation Center (8 IT)
Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation Center (8 Districts) project was taken to produce a skillful workforce in the country’s IT sector. (More information needed- how many are completed, which ones are underway) 
  •   Heroic Freedom Fighter Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Software Technology Park,  Chattogram
Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has inaugurated Sheikh Jamal Software Technology Park in Chattogram in December, 2021. Total space of this park is 89,000 sq ft. 14 companies are currently working in the park and so far this park employed 1293 people. 
  • Establishment of Bangladesh-Bharot Digital Service and Employment Training (BDSET) Center Project (Manpower)
This is an MoU between the governments of Bangladesh and India. Under this agreement, an Indian grant of Tk 25 crore will be provided under the supervision of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority for the development of ICT industry. A total of Tk 61 crore will be spent on this project out of which the rest Tk 36 crore will be financed from the own funds of the Bangladesh government.  Under the Bangladesh-India Digital Service and Employment Training Centre (BDSET) project, specialized labs will be set up at 6 Software Technology Parks, Hi-Tech Parks and Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Centers to provide training. About 2.5 thousand trainees will receive training from here in the next two years. Training will be provided on Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality and other advanced subjects. In addition, 30 people will be sent to India for advanced training on ICT for 6 months.
